We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre, typically within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as public holidays or high-volume sale events.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
Shipping Costs
Current shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on order size and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be available — check the main page for current offers.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Parcels not collected within the depot's holding period may be returned to us, in which case please contact our support team.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of RetaFit or the product type on the outside of the parcel. Your payment will appear under a generic description on your bank or card statement.

Return Shipping
In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Where a return label is not provided, the customer is responsible for return postage costs, which are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened products where the seal has been broken are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
